We sell Chocovic Chocolate imported from Spain in Milk, Dark, White and our own Sepcial Blend. We have chosen to use this unique chocolate that is rich in cocoa as it contains the correct amount of cocoa butter that allows our Chocolate Fountains to taste heavenly and flow perfectly. The chocolate comes in buds that are easy to melt. The range is nut and gluten free and is made with natural vanilla aroma.Since its creation Chocovic has been an outstanding example in the world of chocolate. Their guiding principle has always been the attainment of the very best quality in all their products through the selection and blending of the best cocoas from a variety of origins, together with rigorous quality controls management at all stages of production, in line with ISO 9001 standards.Dark Chocolate - 60/40 (60%) Aroma: Keeping the aroma of the original cacao.Flavour: A fine cacao with just enough sugar, fresh opening with a touch of acidity. It's fluidity is medium which gives it a great use for Chocolate Fondue Fountains. With its 60% cocoa and 36% cocoa butter combination it’s perfect for those that are just moving into the realms of dark chocolate, as it just touches the palette with a bitter sweet sensation. Milk Chocolate - Ceylon (36%)Aroma: A smooth sweet caramel flavor with a hint of milk and toffeeFlavour: Strong milky flavor with a hint of caramel but less sweet than normal because of the high cocoa content. This high content makes it an ideal chocolate for fondue fountains. It is a well balanced and smooth chocolate.White Chocolate - Nacar (32%) Aromoa: Sweet and milky with hints of vanilla and caramel.Flavour: Smooth, quick-melting, with a soft creamy texture, a strong taste of milk and a touch of caramel to leave a pleasant freshness on the palate. It’s simplicity on your taste buds is what makes Nacar so unique. The other fantastic feature of Nacar is its high fluidity. From the white chocolate range, this is what makes Nacar the feature for White Chocolate Fondue.
